一、招聘條件
（一）基本條件
1.具有海內外知名高校的博士學歷學位或外籍博士畢業生，品學兼優，身體健康，一般應取得博士學位不超過3年；
2.具有較強的研究創新能力和課題組織能力；
3.可全脫產在站從事博士后研究工作；
4.一般年齡在35周歲以下，有海外學習、研究經歷者優先；
5.以第一作者(導師一作、學生二作)或通訊作者在相應領域重要期刊上發表過高水平研究論文。
（二）研究方向(見附件)
二、待遇
1.博士后年薪一般不低于30萬元，福利待遇按杭州電子科技大學博士后相關規定執行。
2.博士后在站時間為2年。
3.博士后在站期間可申報各類博士后專項計劃資助。
4.博士后聘期表現優秀且學術成果突出者，出站時可推薦競聘我校教師崗位。
5.學術成果享受學校成果獎勵政策。

3.during the time in the station, the postdoc is qualified to apply funding from various projects exclusive to postdocs.
4.when finished, the postdoc having good performance and outstanding academic achievement can be recommended to apply a teacher’s position in the university.
