華中農業大學是教育部直屬全國重點大學，是國家“211工程”、國家“雙一流”建設高校。園藝林學學院由原園藝系和原林學系合并成立于2002年2月，學院歷史可追溯到1904年湖北省高等農業學堂開設的林科和1940年湖北省立農學院園藝系。百年來，華中農大園藝林學學院櫛風沐雨，薪火相傳，始終與民族命運共沉浮，與時代脈搏共起伏，為國家農林人才和卓越風景園林師培養、農林科技進步和相關產業發展作出了應有的貢獻。
hzau is a national key university of the project 211 and a leading agriculture university in china. the college of horticulture and forestry sciences was established in february 2002 based on two departments: the department of horticulture and the department of forestry sciences. the history of the college can be traced back to the branch of the department of agricultural sciences of hubei province in 1904 and the department of horticulture of the hubei provincial agricultural college in 1940. the college has weathered the ups and downs over the past 100 years as china went through the turbulent years. it has made great contributions to the education and training of outstanding horticulturists, foresters, and landscape architects and to the scientific and technological progress in horticulture and forestry of china.
學院現有教職工188人，其中專任教師158人（全職外籍教授2人）。學院擁有園藝學、林學、風景園林學3個一級學科，園藝學為國家“雙一流”建設學科，風景園林學為湖北省重點一級學科。園藝學二級學科中，果樹學為國家重點學科，蔬菜學為國家重點（培育）學科，園林植物與觀賞園藝為原農業部重點學科。在全國第四輪學科評估中，園藝學獲評a+，風景園林學獲評b+。
the college has 193 full-time faculties, among which 158 are faculty teachers including 2 full-time foreign professors. the college has three first-level disciplines, horticulture, forestry science, and landscape architecture. horticulture was selected to the national “the double-first class” disciplines. horticulture and landscape architecture are the key first-level disciplines of hubei province. in addition, pomology science is a national key discipline, andolericulture science is a national key discipline (foster). garden plants and ornamental gardening are key disciplines of the ministry of agriculture and rural affairs. in the fourth round of national discipline evaluation, horticulture was awarded a+, and landscape architecture was awarded b+.
學院設有園藝、林學、園林、風景園林、茶學、設施農業科學與工程6個本科專業。園藝、園林入選國家級一流本科專業建設點、國家特色專業建設點、國家卓越農林人才教育培養計劃；風景園林專業入選國家級一流本科專業建設點；林學、茶學、設施農業科學與工程入選湖北省一流本科專業建設點。
the college has 6 undergraduate majors including horticulture, forestry science, landscape gardening, landscape architecture, tea science and controlled environmental agriculture science & engineering. among them, horticulture and landscape gardening are the national specialty construction point, excellent agricultural and forestry talent plan; landscape architecture and forestry science are the hubei province brand professional, selected as a pilot project for comprehensive reform in hubei province. controlled environmental agriculture science & engineering is selected into the strategic emerging (pillar) industry talent training plan of hubei province.
學院建有園藝植物生物學教育部重點實驗室（連續三次評估優秀）、國家柑橘育種中心等16個國家和省部級科研平臺。建設有園藝學、風景園林學博士后科研流動站，園藝學、林學、風景園林學一級學科博士學位授權點。截至2022年2月，學院有全日制在校生2902人，其中本科生1672人，學術型碩士研究生428人、專業學位碩士研究生463人、博士研究生339人，留學生66人。
the college has established 16 national, provincial and ministerial scientific research platforms including the key laboratory of horticultural plant biology of the ministry of education (excellent for three consecutive evaluations) and the national citrus breeding center. the college hosts two postdoctoral research stations for horticulture and landscape architecture, 3 doctoral degree awarding first-level disciplines. by february 2022, the college has 2902 full-time undergraduate students, 891 postgraduates, and 339 doctoral students, including 66 international students.

三、崗位職責
1.負責國家級國際化示范學院籌備、建設及運行管理工作。
2.負責留學生的招生宣傳和日常管理工作。
3.負責學生海外課程及實習、中外合作人才培養項目的對接等國際事務。
4.協助高層次外籍專任教師招聘工作；負責學院外籍教師及各類型海外專家的日常咨詢與服務工作。
5.協助學院分管領導參與學院英文網站的建設與維護。
6.學院交辦的其他事務。
job responsibilities:
1. service for the preparation, construction and operation management of national international demonstration colleges
2. responsible for the admissions promotion and routine management of international students.
3. responsible for international affairs such as students' overseas courses and internships, and the connection of sino-foreign cooperative talent training projects.
4. assisting in the recruitment of high-level foreign full-time teachers; responsible for the daily consultation and service for the foreign teachers and various types of overseas experts in the college.
5. assisting in the construction and maintenance of the college's english website.
6. other tasks assigned by the college.
四、應聘基本條件
1.外國國籍，具備優秀的英語口語及書面表達能力。來自英語母語國家、會中文的應聘者優先，如果應聘者來自非英語母語國家，則須有英語母語國家的學位證書。
2.符合外國人在華就業的有關管理規定。
3.熱愛高等教育事業，遵紀守法，思想品德端正，工作作風嚴謹，具有良好的職業道德、職業素質和團隊合作精神。
4.具有博士研究生學歷。
5.年齡不超過40周歲，即1982年1月1日以后出生。
qualifications:
1. foreign nationalities, with excellent oral and written skills of english. native english speakers who can speak chinese are preferred. if applicants are from non-english-speaking countries, a degree certificate from an english-speaking country will be required.

六、薪酬待遇
1.實行協議年薪制，稅前年薪不低于18萬元人民幣（含單位和個人繳納的社會保險、住房公積金等），年度績效獎勵根據工作業績另計，工作業績特別優秀的，可高于年薪，且不設上限。
2.按照國家和地方規定參加社會保險。
salary and benefits:
1. according to agreement annual salary system, the annual salary before tax is not less than 180,000 rmb (including insurance premiums paid by the employee college and individuals), and annual performance awards are calculated separately based on work performance. the annual performance awards can be higher than the annual salary, and there will be no top limit.
2. participate in the social insurance in accordance with the national and local regulations.
七、招聘流程

2.面試：初審合格后，3月12日前通知應聘者面試，具體面試安排另行通知。
