TasksThe incumbent is responsible for membership CoR Accounting process, while optimizing operating system to fulfill business requirements and supporting business department from accounting point of view.Arrange membership burning payment and proposal preparation.Manage membership point burn provision and offset.Fully support the membership point exchange process.Prepare financial reports to company management and external professional bodies, auditors, etc.Accounting fundamental work management.Excellence business process management.Accounting archive management.Key ResponsibilitiesEnsure all practices and processes are in adhere to PRC GAAP; Taxation law; BBA guideline and other business-related laws and regulations, PI/WI/AI setup and update, align with NSC for accounting treatmentResponsible for the membership point burn provision and posting, including the scene of vehicle WS, spare parts sales and the service package related businessesFully support the membership point exchange process, to ensure the accurate and timely posting of revenue during point burningMonitor the status of all points provision, analyze the aging report, and promote the points settlement and offset from accounting point of viewResponsible for the point exchange and settlement process, including the settlement of all relevant customer points and the management of accounts payableReconcile with relevant customers every month, organize the reconciliation results, analyze the causes of all differences one by one, and report to the line managerPrepare financial reports to company management and external professional bodies, auditors, etcAccounting fundamental work and excellence business process periodically review and update according to recently updated accounting scenarioQualificationsBachelor degree or above (Finance and accounting or related discipline)Good knowledge with accounting fieldGood knowledge of accounting systems (preferably SAP or comparable systems)English fluently (verbal and written)Good skills in computer software: excel, word, power point and etcExcellent communication skill and teamwork spirit;Be able to work under pressure or stressQuick learner with flexibilityAccountant certificateExperience with accounting in foreign manufacture company 4-6 Years
