ResponsibilitiesWork with local and global team to define or provide professional suggestions on test or verification plan according to NPI or business needs;Perform quality assurance and quality control testing and analysis as required to ensure the accuracy and reliability of analytical results, prepare reagents, solutions, and standards as required;Monitor and maintain laboratory supply inventory to assure effective laboratory operation, and other lab operation affairs like lab tour for internal and external customers;Perform calibration and maintenance of laboratory instrumentation as necessary to assure proper performance. Construct and operate standard laboratory equipment, for example tensile machine, dielectric equipment, etc.,Keep eyes on the PPE and related industries development, provide constructive suggestions on the lab development plan, keep lab on an advanced level and make sure the data reliability and accuracy;Assist in the maintenance of ISO 17025 quality systems in the Laboratory;Observe laboratory safety rules and company HSE always.QualificationsBachelor degree or above with chemical, polymer or material engineering.
