職責描述:
1.Supervise a team of corporate action staff to provide operational support and services for corporate action events processing.
2.Manage the daily operations to ensure the accuracy for maintaining high standard of customer service delivery.
3,Review and recommend improvement of the operations workflow for process streamline and effectiveness.
4.Perform transaction approval process on day to day operations.
5.Monitor and ensure instructions are delivered within custodian deadline time and funding cut off time.
6.Review and ensure corporate action checklists are updated and completed before day end.
7.Review daily control sheets and reports to ensure exceptional cases are closely monitored.
8.Review daily transactions and perform investigation for any discrepancies.
9.Perform daily review of unreconciled items per update of Reconciliation Team.
10.Review and monitor performance of team members via the group email boxes to ensure appropriate handling of customer inquiries and processing of instructions.
11.Prepare investigation reports including operational loss report for management review and approval.
12.Preparation of management and regulatory report.
13.Monitor and ensure corporate action events and information are disseminated to marketing teams for onward delivery to clients promptly and within reasonable timeframes.
14.Handle customer complaint and perform investigation to identify the root cause with prompt service recovery.
15.Monitor workflow of team members to ensure resources are allocated appropriately.
16.Provide guidance and training to team members to enhance their operations knowledge and competency.
17.Be flexible to perform any assignment/task or ad hoc projects per request (e.g. Holiday Support, OT, UAT, job reallocation, etc.).
任職要求:
1.Good knowledge of banking products across different asset classes
2.Experience in banking or securities operations
3.Experience in high transaction volume that requires manual processing with narrow processing window
4.Strong numerical skills and computer knowledge
5.Good communication and problem solving skills with proficiency in English and working knowledge of Simplified/Traditional Chinese
