Ensures delivery of day-to-day levels of service excellence in their area of assignment which may include any of the inpatient and outpatient areas, sterilization department, and the operating rooms.

Reads, understands, and signs that they have read and understood the SMC nursing policies, procedures, and protocols.
Follows evidence based best practice for infection control.
Assists with serious incident investigations as required.
Attends all mandatory training for their roles.
Ensures that quality standards of nursing documentation are maintained according to organizational policy
