職責描述:
? Delivery of work that follows content and design guidelines, and industry best practices:
1. Produce work that is in accordance with department guidelines, compliance regulations, policies and procedures regarding content and design by understanding and applying them correctly, reviewing work and collaborating with colleagues, and seeking advice from Art Directors as necessary.
2. Clearly communicate creative recommendations and point of view to both colleagues and business partners.
3. Coordinates with the production manager/ project manager in handling projects from beginning through 4. Employing and introducing state-of-the art technologies to manage and enhance design function.
5. Possess excellent design skills, understand creative integrity, reinforce brand at every point of contact.
6. Keep abreast of changes in the strategy that affect execution.
7. Demonstrate knowledge and application of design theory.
8. Accountable in getting the buy in from business partners at the first instance.
? Delivery Performance:
1. Demonstrates understanding of marketing objectives and directives; researches and identifies potential problems.
2. Contribute to the team in achieving monthly average performance targets for Productivity and Quality.
3. Work collaboratively with other members of Creative Services and print production as well as business partners to find optimal solutions for final materials.
4. Effectively respond to business partner concerns / questions.
5. Act as a primary day-to-day contact for business partners on assigned design projects by taking ownership.
6. Build up the team's ability to provide better service by regularly reporting project concerns and suggesting ways to resolve them.
7. Oversee the productivity rating for their individual shift and work closely with Production Managers to identify any challenges and lapses that can be addressed.
任職要求:
1. Post-secondary education – either at the degree level or a relevant professional diploma or certificate.
2. 3-5 years of experience in a design agency environment or other similar industry is preferable.
3. Expert in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and Adobe InDesign.
4. Proficiency in Mac OSX, Microsoft Windows and MS Office applications.
5. Web experience: Working knowledge with HTML5, CSS, and web design principles is a plus.
6. Video content experience: familiarity with video content creation; storyboarding, editing, animation, and post-production using Adobe Premier and Adobe After Effects or similar applications is preferrable.
7. Interaction design: experience in emerging interaction technologies such as VR and AR is a plus.
8. User-centric / customer-centric design theory: experience with user research, rapid prototyping, information architecture, user stories and persona writing is a plus.
9. Print production: strong knowledge of print production and colour separation.
10. Communication and people skills: Good written and verbal communication and presentation skills; excellent people and social skills, able to work as part of a team.
11. Concise: strong focus on 'simplicity-vs-complexity' in both communicating and translating briefs into designs.
12. Structured systematic working style: Strong attention to detail, ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, maintains composure and professionalism in a fast-paced work atmosphere.
13. Proactive: Desire and ability to work hard, learn new skills quickly, and operate independently with minimal oversight, can think outside the box and open to challenge the status-quo.
14. Agile and flexible: Able to work in different shifts, do overtime on weeknights or weekends as needed.
15. Requires strong organisational, interpersonal, problem solving, and presentation skills.
