User-centric / customer-centric design theory: experience with user research, rapid prototyping, information architecture, user stories and persona writing is a plus. 9. Print production: strong knowledge of print production and colour separation. 10. Communication and people skills: Good written and verbal communication and presentation skills; excellent people and social skills, able to work as part of a team. 11.
