The role.
61 Manage the daily operations of partners, including training, supporting, and
managing dedicated sales.管理合作伙伴的日常運營,包括專職銷售的培訓、支持和管理61 Collaborate with partners
to develop joint marketing and sales plans and drive the implementation.
與合作伙伴合作制定聯合營銷和銷售計劃,并推動執行61 Track and analyze partners’ KPI to identify areas for
improvement.跟蹤和分析合作伙伴績效指標,確定需要改進的領域61 Keep abreast of industry trends and best
practices in partner management. Provide suggestions for improvements to
partners’ programs.及時了解合作伙伴管理方面的行業趨勢和***實踐,為合作伙伴計劃的改進提出建議61 Develop and implement
development strategies for partners to achieve their business targets.
制定并執行合作伙伴的發展戰略,實現業務目標61 Develop marketing files, sales tools, and other
resources to support partnership by working closely with internal teams.
與內部團隊密切合作,開發營銷材料、銷售工具和其他資源,以支持合作伙伴關系61 Other works assigned by manager. 經理交辦的其他工作
Your profile.
61 Bachelor or above major in Automation/Electrical Transmission/Mechanical
Engineering.本科以上學歷,專業電機、電氣傳動或自動化、機械相關專業者優先 61 3 years sales working experience
in partner development and management, business development or relevant areas,
familiar with motor products.3年以上合作伙伴開發和管理、業務拓展或相關領域的經驗,熟悉電機產品61 Familiar with
OEM and distributor business model.熟悉OEM和分銷商業務模式 61 Willing to take initiative
and active thinking.愿意采取主動并且積極思考 61 Integrity, honesty, and loyalty can work
under pressure.正直,誠實,忠誠, 有良好的抗壓能力 61 Quick learner and with good business sense.
快速學習能力和良好的業務理念61 Basic English reading, writing, and speaking. 基本的英文閱讀、聽寫能力
