崗位職責(zé):
1.Provide operational and services support for corporate action events processing accurately within restricted timelines
2.Manage instruction from clients and to custodians/related agents within deadlines
3.Reconcile and follow up any outstanding or special cases
4.Handle customers and internal queries/complaints with good communication skills (proficiency in English and working knowledge of Simplified/Traditional Chinese)
5.Prepare reporting and oversee workflow of the team (for senior staff like AM/M/AVP)
6.Monitor team performance and offer Guidance to the team (for senior staff like AM/M/AVP)
任職要求:
1.Good knowledge of banking products across different asset classes
2.Experience in banking or securities operations
3.Experience in high transaction volume that requires manual processing with narrow processing window
4.Strong numerical skills and computer knowledge
5.Good communication and problem solving skills with proficiency in English and working knowledge of Simplified/Traditional Chinese
