61 Assigned to execute PO’s
61 Issues RFQ’s to approved suppliers based on direction from Strategic Buyers
61 Analyzes bids
61 Resolves Invoices
61 Expedites PO’s
61 Initiates/develops eAuction when appropriate for non-standard items
61 Success is measured by eAuctions executed, Project Schedules, Savings/Productivity measured
61 Maintain contract uploads as appropriate
61 Obtains acknowledgements
61 Success is measured by speed to conversion rates (e.g. speed to create PO from purchase requisition, speed to issue RFQ, expediting success rates, SOTTR, etc.)
61 Meet the target productivity align with department goal
61 Driving working capital improvement
61 Secure raw material supply for Asia Site as well as export to US/EMEA sites.
61 Prompt action to provide Asia raw material and market information to global business team.
61 Supplier Management (OTTR/PPM, etc..)
Business writing skill and fluent oral English
