工作職責
* Lead a team of sales staffs at area level to deliver financial targets in a
sustainable way through the on-time, effective and efficient implementation of
sales plans.帶領地區銷售團隊,按時、有效、高效地執行銷售計劃,實現地區財務指標的可持續達成。
* Lead team to deliver area annual financial targets. 帶領地區團隊達成年度財務指標。
* Contribute to regional business plan (RBP) as a member of regional
leadership team, develop area integrated sales plan (ISP) under RSP’s guideline
and lead team to produce county level action plans (CAP).
做為大區管理團隊成員,共同參與制定大區業務計劃;基于大區業務計劃,制定本地區銷售計劃;帶領團隊制定縣級行動計劃。
* Drive, monitor, support, and review the implementation of various actions
as specify in plans on a regular basis for achieving targets.
落實、監督、支持和復盤各項計劃的執行情況,確保實現目標。
* Plan, manage and optimize area channel network based on BCS channel
strategy and lead team to make it happen.基于BCS渠道戰略,規劃、管理及優化地區渠道網絡,并帶領團隊實施。
* Support Regional Sales Lead (RSL) to manage Bayer Distributors (BDs).
協助大區銷售總監管理拜耳經銷商。
* Act responsibly in monthly sell in/out forecasting at area level, map out
business upside and downside as well as take proactive actions.
負責地區月度銷售、消耗預測,梳理業務機會和風險,并及時采取行動。
* Manage and ensure area OPEX within the agreed budget. 管理并確保地區OPEX在預算范圍內。
* Ensures that all team operations are in compliant with local legal and
corporate requirements.確保所有的團隊運作符合當地法律和公司的要求。
* Develop and coach team members to achieve higher level of professionalism
in their day-to-day performance and to achieve higher efficiency as a team.
發展和指導團隊成員在日常工作中達到更高的專業水平,以提高團隊的整體效率。
任職要求
* Degree in agriculture science or business management. 農業科學或商業管理學歷。
* Leadership, good sales and market knowledge, good analytical abilities,
able to work well cross-functionally and manage complexity.
具備良好的領導力;豐富的銷售和市場知識;良好的分析、跨職能協作及管理復雜性的能力。
* At least 3 years experience in the sales, marketing or technical
development within the crop management industry. 3年以上植保行業銷售、市場或技術開發相關工作經驗。
* Highly motivated, good initiative, good communicator and have positive
attitude. 積極主動、善于溝通以及樂觀向上。
