任職資格qualifications
-化學(xué)類相關(guān)專業(yè)本科及以上學(xué)歷；mba或其他高級(jí)學(xué)位優(yōu)先；要求必須有深厚的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)職位經(jīng)驗(yàn)；
-bachelor's degree or above in chemistry or related field. mba or other advanced degree is preferred. required leadership experience is a must;
-5年及以上化工行業(yè)相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，5年及以上生產(chǎn)經(jīng)理職位從業(yè)經(jīng)驗(yàn)；外企優(yōu)先考慮；
- 5 years or above chemical industry related work experience, 5 years or above production manager position experience, foreign company preferred;
-熟悉制造型企業(yè)運(yùn)作和流程，擅長(zhǎng)生產(chǎn)控制及現(xiàn)場(chǎng)管理，精通生產(chǎn)制造的各個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)；
-familiar with the operation and process of manufacturing enterprises, good at production control and on-site management, proficient in all aspects of manufacturing;
-熟悉生產(chǎn)成本控制，統(tǒng)籌運(yùn)作，熟悉生產(chǎn)作業(yè)流程和工藝規(guī)程，熟悉生產(chǎn)質(zhì)量的控制管理，熟悉iso9001、 2000質(zhì)量保證體系；
-familiar with production cost control, co-ordinate operation, familiar with production process and process regulations, familiar with production quality control and management, familiar with iso9001, 2000 quality assurance system;
-具備優(yōu)秀的組織能力、溝通能力、規(guī)劃能力、團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)作能力；英語良好優(yōu)先。
