—the implementation of the company system documents requirements and the establishment of customer file management system: including contacts, problems, details of the contract and so on;
—執行公司體系文件要求并建立客戶檔案管理體系:包括聯系人、問題、合同明細等;
— making the system order, dealing with the abnormal problems and tracking the completion situation.
—進行系統訂單的制作、處理異常問題并跟蹤完成情況;
—pay attention to the coating market and industry trends, carry out the investigation of the coating market, independently formulate the customer strategy, select the appropriate product, carry out the work of customer development, maintenance and sales management, and establish a perfect customer file.
—關注市場和行業動態,進行市場調查,自主制定客戶策略,選擇合適產品,進行客戶開發,維護和銷售管理等工作,建立完善的客戶檔案;
—the correct and timely solution to the customer feedback problem, related to the quality of product complaints, timely communication with the relevant departments, tracking processing;
—準確及時的解決客戶反饋問題,涉及產品質量投訴問題,及時與相關部門溝通、跟蹤處理;
—compile annual, quarterly and monthly sales data reports and analyze them;
—編制年、季、月銷售數據報表并進行分析;
—strictly abide by the company's secrecy regulations and properly manage the information related to commercial secrets;
—嚴格遵守公司的保密規定,妥善管理與商業機密相關的資料;
—other tasks arranged by the superior leaders;
—完成上級領導安排的其它工作任務;
tenure requirements任職要求
—college degree or above; not limited to major;
—大專及以上學歷;專業不限;
—1 years sales assistant, office related work experience; familiar with erp system and office office software; have high ability of data analysis;
—1年以上的銷售助理、銷售類相關工作經驗,有電話營銷的工作經驗優先考慮;熟練操作erp系統及office辦公自動化軟件;具備高效的數據分析能力;
—extrovert, with strong emotional self management, communication and coordination, and analysis, and the ability to strain;
—性格外向;具備較強的情緒自我管理、溝通協調、及分析、應變能力.
