職位描述:
post duties 崗位職責
—fully responsible for the management of domestic sales department, establish and improve various management systems, promote standardization and scientification of marketing system management, and do not develop marketing budgets and related manpower plans, design and implement promotional plans.
—全面負責國內(nèi)銷售部管理工作,建立、健全各項管理體系,推動公司營銷系統(tǒng)管理的規(guī)范化、科學化和不制定營銷預算和相關(guān)人力計劃,設(shè)計并實施促銷計劃;
—planning the overall operation and business direction of the company's marketing system, leading the team building, standardizing the marketing process, formulating the marketing system, and completing the marketing goals.
—規(guī)劃公司營銷系統(tǒng)的整體運營、業(yè)務(wù)方向,領(lǐng)導團隊建設(shè),規(guī)范營銷流程,制訂營銷制度,完成營銷目標;
—according to the development direction of enterprises, we should familiarity with relevant market information and make a summary analysis, and form a report organization's department to adopt various methods and means to open up the market.
—根據(jù)企業(yè)的發(fā)展方向,熟悉有關(guān)市場信息,并進行匯總分析,形成報告 組織所轄部門采用多種方法及手段開拓市場;
—according to the company's overall shipment target, submit the shipping plan plan, supervise and implement the whole process and complete the business.
—依據(jù)公司整體出貨目標,提交出貨計劃方案,監(jiān)督實施整體全過程,完成務(wù);
—instructing subordinates to improve their work efficiency and quality, complete the company's plan, marketing and leadership team's high-quality technical service and training plan, lead the team to develop and maintain channels, and establish good customer relationship.
—指導下屬工作,使其不斷提高工作效率與質(zhì)量,完成公司計劃、市場營銷領(lǐng)導團隊提供高質(zhì)量的技術(shù)服務(wù)、培訓計劃,帶領(lǐng)團隊開拓和維護渠道,建立良好的客戶關(guān)系;
—in - depth understanding of the industry, the grasp of information, to provide business development strategy and basis for business;
—深入了解本行業(yè),把握信息,向企業(yè)提供業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略與依據(jù);
—completion of other tasks arranged by superior leaders.

post requirements 崗位要求:
—bachelor degree or above in chemistry, management, marketing and other related majors;
—化學、管理、市場營銷類相關(guān)專業(yè)本科及以上學歷;
—more than eight years of relevant working experience, of which five years and above the marketing management experience in chemical industry;
—八年以上相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗,其中五年及以上化工行業(yè)營銷管理經(jīng)驗;
—training experience in strategic management, strategic marketing, change management, management ability development, financial management and so on.
—受過戰(zhàn)略管理、戰(zhàn)略市場營銷、變革管理、管理能力開發(fā)、財務(wù)管理等方面的培訓經(jīng)歷;
—rich experience in marketing planning to identify and identify potential business partners
