—制程/成品品質異常處理、客訴及客戶退貨處理過程監督與確認；
—identify the tendency problems found in product inspection, report on the topic immediately, and follow up the implementation of corrective measures;
—識別產品檢驗發現的傾向性問題，即時進行專題匯報，并跟蹤糾正措施的落實；
—completing other tasks assigned by the higher leadership.

tenure requirements 任職要求
—bachelor degree or above major in chemistry；
—化學類相關專業本科及以上學歷。
—10 or more years of relevant experience in qc management positions in the chemical industry;
—10年及以上的化工行業qc管理崗位相關從業經驗；
—familiar with the professional knowledge of the international quality system; familiar with fine chemical specialty, chemical technology, industry laws and regulations, product standards knowledge; understand and use quality tools such as 8d, fmea, spc, and 6sigma;
—熟悉國際質量體系專業知識；熟悉精細化工專業、化工工藝、行業法律法規、產品標準的知識；了解并使用8d、fmea、spc、6sigma等質量工具；
—strong ability of study, analysis, understanding, communication and coordination; master a certain management art, can withstand greater work pressure; work attitude, active and responsible, with a strong sense of innovation; strict and steady style, clear position of principle, strong professionalism, principle, flexibility of reasonable use; cheerful personality;
