Role Summary
The SheinStar Ops Director is responsible for overseeing all manufacturing, sourcing, and production capacity allocation for OpCo and SPV brand launches under the SHEIN STAR × Closer venture. This role ensures every product line is factory-ready, compliant, and delivered on schedule — balancing speed, quality, and cost while enforcing SHEIN’s global manufacturing and audit standards.
